In many cases the Howto's are the same because similarities of the Network based OS's. All systems are configured differently as they should be. Therefore we make the assumption that you are familiar with your system and know what you're doing.
In ALL cases, before you download anything or make any changes, BACKUP all your files. Then make another BACKUP and take it off site. These Howto's are guides. There is no guarantee or warrantee. We also recommended that you get a test unit and try any new configuration or installation before you modify a production system. If you have any questions or need help on something go to the Forums. Someone will help you.
Shared Documentation:
Originally all Howto, config, setups, and supporting documentation was researched and compiled so we could find working solutions for our particular OS and environment. We primarily run and develop FreeBSD 6.2 and Mac OS X 10.4 Clients and servers. From this point on we'll include links or copies to resources we've drawn from. We'll always make a concerted effort to give credit where credit is due.
Thank You for visiting we hope you find this site useful in your network projects.
